Do you have house plans to choose from?

What is Gold Fortification?

Gold Fortified  includes all the requirements of FORTIFIED Roof – including enhanced nailing, a sealed roof deck and locked down edges. Gold Fortified  also includes all the requirements for Fortified Silver. Things like stronger garage doors, anchored carports and porches, and reinforced chimneys and gable-ends will help keep your home intact during severe weather events.

Can I bring my plans to you to build?

Certainly! We can bring your dream home to life. Feel free to bring in your own house plans, and we’ll be happy to schedule a meeting to discuss and move forward.

Can you make an existing home Gold Fortified?

Houses that are not engineered to be GOLD FORTIFIED cannot earn the prestigious GOLD FORTIFICATION status.

Can I build on or around wetlands?

What is the cost of insurance?
